Wild Scottish Weddings are here to help you with your ‘never to be forgotten’ outdoor wedding in Scotland

We have number of services to help you organise and enjoy the best day of your life. From start to finish, we can help you plan and arrange your ceremony and celebrations.

WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES

£1600 (2026/7)

for groups up to approx. 20 people

Our wedding planning services are here to help you with every aspect of planning your dream outdoor wedding

  • Your perfect wedding day beautifully curated.

  • Support to help you select and book all your preferred suppliers including assistance with gaining landowner permission to marry including a plan B.

  • Creation of your wedding day schedule.

  • Lots of additional extras available from our Wild Scottish Weddings team.

  • Our service includes;

    • An initial video call, then ongoing support until your wedding day - via 1-2-1’s where possible, calls and emails.

    • Help to book your outdoor ceremony location with permission to marry from the landowner. Please note, the landowner may charge you a fee to host your ceremony.

    • Organisation of a plan B inside ceremony option in case of inclement weather if required and where available.

    • Assistance to help you select and book, as requested;

      • an officiant to conduct your wedding ceremony (this may be legal or non-legal).

      • incredible photography and videography

      • stunning flowers, with many local florists to choose from

      • a musician such as a bagpiper or violinist

      • hair and make-up services

      • local accommodation for you and your family & friends

      • a great reception venue for your evening meal and entertainment (please note we leave the organisation of the reception to you!)

    • Supplier liaison to ensure all the arrangements are in place,

    • Suggestions on traditional elements to add into your wedding ceremony,

    • A tree planted in our Trees for Life grove,

    • A video-call in the weeks before your wedding to confirm and finalise all the plans including your wedding day schedule.

  • The following services are available from the Wild Scottish Weddings Team, subject to availability and wedding location. Prices on request.

    • Wedding support including help to get ready and the honour of acting as your witnesses if you would like us to.

    • Guiding to your ceremony location and additional photography locations.

    • Collection and delivery of your food and flowers on the day.

    • Looking after dogs during your ceremony!

    • Inclusion of and serving of an outside picnic & soft drinks including use of the Wild Scottish Weddings picnic blankets, plates, glasses, serving platters and cutlery.

    • The use of Wild Scottish Weddings umbrellas (hopefully not needed) & quaich (for your first drink).

    • A short, non-professional, 1-2 minute video of your wedding day taken by the Wild Scottish Weddings team.

    • Ensuring the wedding venue is clear once we leave and taking away of any rubbish.

    • Transport for up to 6 people.

  • Prices on request,

    • Scoping of your wedding ceremony location during the planning phase to ensure it will be perfect for your day and to provide photos and video of potential ceremony spots.

ALL INCLUSIVE ELOPEMENT PACKAGE

£6000 (2026/7)

for groups up to 6 people

Our stress-free all inclusive elopement package makes getting married even more joyful!

  • Your perfect wedding day beautifully curated at a stunning ceremony location near Braemar which includes landowner fees and a plan B, wet weather option.

  • 4 hours of picture perfect photography (includes travel time between multiple photography locations) by Simone Smith.

  • An officiant to marry you including hand-tying cords to treasure.

  • Set up and serving of a luxury picnic including soft drinks.

  • Transport for up to 6 people.

  • Medium bouquet and button hole for the bride and groom.

  • A bagpiper to serenade you at your wedding ceremony location and whilst signing the marriage schedule.

  • A short video of your special day for personal and non-commercial use only (not a substitute for professional videography services).
